Paul prediction proved Mani wrong

A Singaporean based parrot namely Mani were proven wrong, making Paul the ultimate psychic. That's what you get for trying to steal in Paul's spotlight !

A shower of confetti for the Spain team.

Priceless !

Haha.

Let's not blame Paul alright ?!

Cute looking Sneijder !

The handsome proud captain, Iker Casillas holding the FIFA World Cup trophy.

Must be a great feeling to have won for their country kan ? Cool !

Haha. Nak menyelitkan juga Germany squad lands in Frankfurt photo.

Mark your calender, the Spanish finally making their debut into winning their first ever WC title after a few failed attempts in synchronizing against the years in barrier from the World Cup trophy.

A congratulation from me is in order to the Spaniard team squad and their whole number of fans / supporters worldwide. Which surprisingly have been increasing drastically. And may that be due to their Euro 2008 winning title ? Might just maybe. I wouldn't know. But some even called this a 'trend' for this year WC. What ever it is, there's no doubt it's going to be a year of celebration for the Spanish team. They wouldn't be done at least by the next 2 years until UEFA Euro 2012 in Ukraine took place. Got to wait for that now.

I personally chose to stay neutral during the game. A wind of change yet AGAIN since I decided to be on the Spanish team side a few days before. But you know what they told you, 'trust your guts'. And my guts might never be with the Spanish team in the first place if it wasn't for Brasil's lost against Netherlands (Though I'll admit on having a soft spot for their incredibly gorgeous, good looks). Yes, I guess I might have had seek revenge for Brasil. But nevertheless, I came to a decision not to be absurd about it and chose to stay by Brasil, England and Germany's side through the end instead . Though they're not in it. Aaa so sad ):

And so, the game didn't do me much anticipation. Less agony I would say. No panic attack for me. Lucky ?

It's a yellow card galore. I can tell that I hardly enjoy the game and were forcing through the trigger of going to bed before the game ended. Personally, because I thought the match wasn't as smooth as I would like it to be. It's final. You can't help but to expect more from the game. And no, this doesn't came from an angry German or Brasil's fan point of view (I'm over that). The way I see it, both teams were obviously nervous and desperate in winning. They were pushing over their limits to shoot on goals that they outbound the quality in their game.

Villa wasn't performing like how I would have hoped for. The chances were there though, but not quite up to my expectations. He could have done a lot better. The first half of the game was rather slow. Maa who happened to stayed up for the match because of Spain couldn't no longer bare with the match and decided to put herself to sleep after the first half ended. This was her reaction, "Slow nya. Germany kalau main mesti laju". Well I have to agree (And again NO ! Not because I'm a Germany fan myself). Except during their match with Spain through the semi-final. It was a mistake made by the Germans for not giving their all. Looking tiresome was one part. The other part which came from a friend who said that they felt threaten by the Spanish team because they thought that they're inexperienced to be playing against the superior Spaniards. As there were a lot of young players in the German squad. In which that friend of mine relates to a few Gunners matches against Manchester United and Chelsea. But that was a whole set of personal point of view. Either way, Spain won fair and square against both Germany and Netherlands (:

Villa getting hyped with the winning cup.

Netherlands on the other hand played violently with nine yellow cards in total during the match. Spoiling Spain's tactical in ball passing. They could have had the chances of winning the cup if it weren't for Robben two disappointing clear shot chances. It was perhaps the best chances for them since Iker was too good to be true and making it hard for the Oranje to get through. Indeed a wasteful efforts from the Dutch striker. Sneijder tried his very best in my defense. Heitinga on the other hand, got himself a sour bench to sat on after getting two yellow cards that night for agonizing the Spain players.

Poor Alonso. That must have been hurt.

The man to be thanked that night, Andres Iniesta who scored one victory goal for his team, Spain through the 116' during the extra time match.

And the lack of Netherlands photos being shown here frankly not because I'm biased. Fairly because it hurts to see this ...

Sneijder ):

This may be the end of 2010 FIFA World Cup ): But the end of it is only the beginning of my football obsession (: And my ongoing support for this tournament. YES ! I'm obsessed with football. And it's true in the saying that, 'Sports are at it's best when it brings people together'. Form 3 history taught me well. You have it all here on FIFA WC. Though there's only 32 nations in total playing in for the world class tournament, the whole world came together to join in the spirit of cheering their preferable team(s).

Family gatherings in order to watch the matches relevantly together are always an extra towards the 31 days of the World Cup season. I certainly enjoy watching the matches with my family. I'll bet the others do too. Thanks to some of my friends too who made FIFA World Cup 2010 more enjoyable to watch, because I finally understood the game well enough to construct my own opinions. Maybe. Hehe.

Hardly can't wait for 2014 !

Mak nenek side of me

True. Kalau dah hebat tu, hebat la. But it also true that luck can come from the match. Being competitive with the fact. Hehe. That's me.

But you have to agree with me with the jinx part. It's a same call as for being too happy. People said that, if you get overboard with excessive joy, you'll get the total opposite by the end of the day. And it's true. How many of us have had been through that ? And don't lie. All of this happened in relation for you to always stay grounded with everything. Dalam Bahasa Melayunya, 'Beringat'. When we do something excessively, we usually forget our deity. Ye lah, kalau happy sangat, manusia lalai nak ingat Tuhan.

Anyway, going to stop being mak nenek suka membebel. Let's talk about football. Yes. Again. I know. Shhh !!

Obviously, all I've been up to talk about is football lately. Blame me, I can't help but to put up with my intensity in words. Especially with World Cup season that's coming to an end soon. No ! Am not looking forward to that. But that what makes FIFA World Cup so inviting. You have no choice but to wait in patience. And if you're lucky, you'll get through another 4 years being alive to watch another great season of the World Cup matches.

The match all have been venting about for these past few days, of course, between Spain and Germany. It's happening Thursday morning at 2.30 a.m, Malaysian time. I should have just skip that because everyone knows that. Don't I ? Anyway, my point is, I'm so out of my way. I can't help but to feel nervous for Germany like the last time I felt for the Brazilian squad. Which if I add, lost to Netherlands. Is this a sign ?(No ! No ! No ! No ! No !) That maybe, and just maybe, Germany going to lose to the Spaniards. And if so, I would be devastated for myself but happy for Villa. And yes, only him. Okay, maybe Casillas and Iniesta too. But yes, my point is, I'm going to be devastated.

Besides being hopeful, I think what I really need is a lucky charm. And according to Syaz, she's lucky ! Very lucky ! And I want to get a piece of her charm ! (Sing it Orianthi style !). So Syazo, be my lucky charm for the night ! Or the very least, lend me your charm pleaseee (:

This is her with her lucky charm on her right hand. I guess -__- Nampak tak ?
Thank me for securing your picture with a copyright Syaz ! Or, mmm, blame me for stealing. No ? Sorry ):

Germany ?

I know it's not happening yet, and I'm not even sure if Germany's going to win this year FIFA WC. They're not even through for Semi yet. But I'm hopeful and this diagram somehow helped a lot cheering me up to have some faith with the German squad.

Brazil punya pasal

Belum puas berkabung lagi selepas Brazil kalah. Wearing one jersey after another. Kuning ke biru. Biru ke kuning. Kuning ke biru. Sambil pegang tuala kertas. Sedihnya tak tertahan. Macam separuh nyawa ditarik. Okay tipu sangat dah. Tapi memang betul-betul sedih ni ): Sampai terasa nak guna bahasa ibunda dengan entri kali ini.

Kenapa Brazil kalah ? Mungkin bukan rezeki. Huh, ambil awak, separuh masa kedua, Belanda beri tamparan hebat dekat Brazil. Don't jinx it bloody hell !!". Hehe. Menyesal cakap besar. Tak tipu. Menyesal sangat. Betullah Tuhan cakap, jangan cakap besar. Nanti musibah datang melanda. Kan dah kena baru nak menyesal takda guna sudah. Ha ha padan muka. Ha ha padan lah dengan muka tu ):

Boo you Gutsyyy !

My guts done it again.

Why can't it be wrong this time ? Have been putting so much hope on Brazil after England and Portugal bid their goodbye to the World Cup.

I have a feeling that Spain going to win this year's FIFA WC. And guts, you better not be right again. I'm not so much of a Spaniard supporter (Except for Nadal. Hehe). Argentina and Germany got my vote on winning. We'll just see. I'm not sure what to expect anymore. After the predicament on Brazil's lost to Netherlands, I'm losing hope for the other teams. Watching Brazil against Spain for finals would be awesome. But that obviously not happening. Boo !!! Why oh why oh why ??!!

Anyhow, life must go on. The game must go on. So, goodluck to Paraguay trying to outdo Villa. He's too good for the game at the moment. Probably the best player for this year's World Cup aside Messi hanging in for the title. And may the best team wins !

Robinho tak reti nak chill. Chill la dude ! Hadoy. Memalukan la.

Must be hard for him ): On a different note, loving the jersey a lot !!

When the jittering for Brazil started. Can't help but to feel nervous all the way through the ending of the match. Hate it ! Don't want to recall it.

One of the two things great about the match. Besides of finally having the chance to watch it with some friends at a local restaurant, 'Hailam Kopitiam'. Bila nak guling-guling atas green green grass pula ? Miss it ! ):

At least Beckham was there again (:

Germany won with 4 goals against 1 to England. Albeit, I must agree on how poorly bad England's been playing for this year's World Cup, and how brilliantly impressed I was with Germany since the beginning, I couldn't help but to cheer and have some hope for England to win when they're playing against Germany just now. It was obvious at the very beginning that Germany's going to win this match. No doubt whatsoever there. But yes, I did have some hope for the Britain.

The whole family came to watched this match which was great. Maa and Ayah being a great supporter to Germany was hilarious to witness. Especially through Mueller's scoring point at the 67' because Maa jumped up and down like a 3 year old child while stomping her feet because she was too happy (?). '3rd goal 3rd goal !'. Look what football can do to us all ? And yes, I meant that.

For a start, just look at how one of the England supporter turned Gaga. Wanna bet that he's actually crying in that Gaga impersonation suit after England lost ?

See some resemblance now ?

Asking for Mick Jagger's autograph was also one of the things football can do to some of us who were lucky. Football may seem like the best place for you to see celebrities up close after all. So, have some hope !

Putting on the Halloween costumes earlier than it should. It's Adolf Hitler from the Britain everyone. And there's two. But what's with the sad faces Hitlers ?

And you may also witness tough guys just like the above picture looking 'not-so-tough' by the end of the match. What a way to see the male species true colours. Agree ?

Argentina against Mexico is going to be up next. Messi !!!

Look who's talking about football.

Just thought I share this since it's World Cup season. The fixtures and updates to all of the 64 matches. Click and have a look. It's pretty cool.

FIFA World Cup 2010 Calender

Have been watching a few interesting live matches. Germany got my attention with great play out. Amazing 4 goals over none to Australia. Last night game between Brazil and North Korea was another interesting match to see for me. Practically my favourite out of all. And I know I've been saying this a lot lately (especially on my Tumblr), England's match against USA was vapid to see. Might be because I was too tired to indulge in with the game because I had a pretty long day before the match. Or maybe not. Who knows for sure ? But all I'm sure to know, I wasn't with much interest to watch until it ended. Which later made me leave the game without hesitation by the 76 '. Yes, I still remember.

I can't seem to think straight at the moment. Because I've been feeling so tired. And I think I need to sleep early to regain my energy back. Because sleeping in until 10 to 11 a.m. in the morning does not help me to replace the earlier hours that I've been missing to watch football. In fact, I feel more tired than I usually am. Extra sleepy too. Which by the way reminds me, I think I need to really get some shut eyes now. Starting to feel woozy.
